Stage Description:

  • CONFIRMATION : Waiting for reply from the client after they got into the QUEUE from WAITING LIST. I'll wait for a day for the confirmation. If there are no responses then I'll continue on the next client in waiting list (If the response come after a day, I'll prioritize making their sketch but will continue to rendering stage after I finished the one on the queue first)

  • SKETCH : Sketching stage with base color and simple value

  • RENDERING : I will go to this stage after the client made the payment. Cleaning up sketches and detailing to completion

  • Payment via PAYPAL

  • All prices listed are for personal use only

  • I will draw basically anything except heavy NSFW or hardcore gore

  • All commissions will include flat colored background (detailed background will be charged additionally)

  • Full payment after sketch approval

  • NO REFUND after I started rendering

  • Estimated time will be around 2 weeks, it can also finished faster depends on the details and the queue (first come first served). On rare occasion it will take longer, mostly because I'm on my exam week but I will notify you before the payment if there are such problem

  • You’ll get two revision chances on sketching stage and one MINOR revision on the finished piece. Half the payment are needed if you want a MAJOR revision on finished piece. MINOR revision: color change, erasing or adding small parts. MAJOR revision: pose change, composition change, or anything that will require a big overpaint on the finished piece

  • You will get JPEG and PNG transparent file 4000+px 350dpi

  • I will still upload the finished piece on my social media with watermark and lowered resolution for portfolio purposes (the HD finished piece without watermark are yours only). Kindly tell me if you want to keep it private

  • Detailed background will be charged 10-40$ depends on details and complexity (Basic color or shape background is free)

  • Prepare the references for your character (preferably image references but description will do if there are no suitable images)

  • Email me at [email protected] or PM me via twitter or any of my socials what commission you want with the references you already prepared. Once I approved it, congratulations you got the slot!

  • I will send you initial look/sketch with base colors to get the overall look of the commission. You'll get two revision chances on this stage

  • Once you approved, you have to make the full payment

  • Once you've fully paid, I will start on rendering it

  • You'll get one MINOR revision(color change, erasing or adding small parts, etc) on the finished piece, half the price are needed if you want MAJOR revision(pose change, composition change, or anything that will require a big overpaint on the finished piece)
